The Skyviews Studio terms describe service usage, project responsibilities, booking expectations, deliverables, intellectual property, cancellations, payment responsibilities, and other conditions for website visitors and clients.
Service Booking & Project Execution Terms
Flight Approvals & Site Access: Bookings are subject to DGCA airspace permissions on DigitalSky. Clients are responsible for securing ground site access and necessary property owner clearances.
Weather & Safety Cancellations: Flight safety is our top priority. If severe weather (heavy rain, high winds exceeding 30 km/h, or extreme fog) compromises safety, operations will be rescheduled at no additional fee.
Deliverables & Revision Cycles: Media files and survey data are delivered in agreed digital formats. Standard packages include 1 to 2 rounds of revisions within 14 days of initial delivery.
Intellectual Property & Payment Terms
Usage Rights: Upon full payment, clients receive full commercial usage rights for delivered videos and images as outlined in the project agreement.
Payment Structure: Standard bookings require an advance deposit to confirm flight schedules, with the remaining balance due upon final deliverable review.
