Drone Content for a Real-Estate Launch Campaign in India

How developers and agencies can plan aerial hero films, stills, vertical edits, location context and accurate property messaging.

A real-estate launch campaign needs more than one dramatic orbit. The aerial brief should help a buyer understand the property, approach, neighbourhood context, construction status, landscape and intended lifestyle while keeping every claim tied to what is actually complete or approved.

Build a content matrix

Plan hero film, vertical cutdowns, stills, website banners, location context, progress evidence, broker assets and paid-media crops. Define aspect ratios, safe areas, captions, call-to-action, music, voiceover, logo treatment and the approval route before the shoot.

Show context accurately

Use a mix of wide establishing views, approach routes, amenities, landscape and detail. Date the imagery and identify unfinished, temporary or proposed elements. Do not use perspective, crop or editing to imply a view, road, amenity, possession date or surrounding facility that the buyer should not assume.

Coordinate the live site

Confirm access, construction activity, workers, cranes, residents, neighbouring properties, traffic, weather and any required site or airspace coordination. A marketing schedule should include a weather and access decision rather than promise that the exact light or flight will always happen.

Deliver for the campaign team

Provide a shot index, approved selects, edited masters, vertical and widescreen versions, usage terms, captions or metadata, raw-file status and revision process. Store the final campaign versions separately from internal selects.
